John Clement of Tring, Hertfordshire

Unusual 30 hour movement circa 1775. 10" square brass dial with centre date (calendar ring engraved on dial plate to inside edge of chapter ring with associated external date hand). Movement cleaned and serviced. Movement comes complete with seatboard, pendulum and weight.

Anonymous lantern clock circa 1680. Movement in excellent condition. Minor work required to finial. Missing frets, doors, backplate, frontplate / chapter ring and hand. Requires chain, pendulum and weights.

Thirty-hour movement with 10" square brass dial, requiring minor service. Movement cleaned. Richard Houton was born in 1696 in Salford Priors, Warwickshire. Erroneously said to have been apprenticed to Thomas Tompion. He died in 1771.
