Lantern Clock by Mappin & Webb

Manufactured specifically for retail by Mappin & Webb, this timepiece utilises a high quality french plated movement with platform escapement. The front plate is hand-engraved with the retailer's name "Mappin & Webb, London". The chapter ring and frets are also hand-engraved.
These timepieces were made in the late 1800's. The movement has been fully serviced. The clock stands 11 1/2 inches high.
