A light mahogany George III longcase with painted arch dial. The dial 12" wide and with finely-pierced steel hands shows hours, minutes and seconds. The dial having a painted calendar wheel and rocking ship automata to the arch.
The eight-day movement with rack-striking counting the hours on a bell. The clock having cast-iron driving weights and brass-faced pendulum bob.
