A George III oak longcase with 12" square brass dial and 30-hour plated movement. Silvered, engraved dial centre with date and fine steel hands.
The typically northern oak case stands 75" high and is ideally suited to a country cottage. The hood having attached tapered columns with brass capitals to the front. Minor restoration to the base.
The dial is fully restored. The movement is unrestored but in good working order. This can be overhauled at buyer's request.
